Meeting the Needs of English Learners (EL) with Disabilities Resource Book

This resource book provides regular and special educators information and resources regarding best practices and regulatory requirements for identifying, providing services, and reclassifying English Learners with disabilities. This publication was designed and written to provide the most current and accurate information in regard to English Learners with disabilities known to date in the State of California. It is distributed with the understanding that neither the authors nor the SELPA Administrators of California is engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional service.
